Hello! My name is DeAnn


I am the co-owner of Dragonfly Health & Wellness LLP, and have been committed to the helping field for over 25 years. I am a licensed therapist, DBT team leader, emotion coach, life long lover of learning, as well as one of your instructors for your journey through this DBT course. 

I absolutely LOVE teaching DBT skills to help people find and create more of a life worth living and want everyone no matter what your age to learn and know this work!

I’m always authentic, passionate about people, and most important, believe in every persons capacity to heal & change through connection & exploration. I cannot wait to see what amazing things you can do with these skills!
