Hi, I’m DeAnn!

I am a trauma therapist, life coach, clinical professional counselor, and teacher of all things promoting connecting with what you really want for yourself in life and in relationships!

I am the co-owner of Dragonfly Health & Wellness LLP, and have been committed to the helping field for over 25 years. I am a licensed therapist, DBT team leader, emotion coach, life long lover of learning, as well as one of your instructors for your journey through this DBT course. 

I absolutely LOVE teaching DBT skills to help people find and create more of a life worth living and want everyone no matter what your age to learn and know this work!
